Having trouble?
Let's fix it!
1. Check your router’s power and make sure your internet and mobile network are working.
2. If your phone is connected to Wi-Fi and everything looks good, make sure the camera is plugged in. Try unplugging and replugging it.
3. Still no luck? See if the camera turns on and rotates when powered up. If it does, move it closer to the router and plug it back in.
4. If you’re still stuck, reset the camera to factory settings and try connecting again.
5. Still can’t connect? Reach out to our tech support at support@faleemi.com. We’ll check the camera and, if it’s under warranty, send you a new one.
