What should I do if I change my Wi-Fi, such as after moving or switching ISP?

If you are moving or switching ISP(Internet Service Provider),

The best option is to keep your router's Wi-Fi name (SSID) and password the same. This way, your camera will connect automatically when powered on, and you won't need to reconfigure other Wi-Fi devices in your home.

If you must change your Wi-Fi information, you will need to reset your camera and reconnect it. Refer to "How to Reset Your Camera" for more details.
