FAQ's

Please check out our FAQs & Troubleshooting pages for more info.

Does this camera support 5GHz frequency?

Absolutely!
It supports both 2.4GHz and 5GHz. Just follow the simple guide to get connected.

• If your 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks have the same name (SSID), the camera will automatically switch between them based on distance and signal strength. Easy peasy!

• If your 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks have different names (SSIDs), here’s the scoop:
- Use 2.4GHz for better range when the camera is far from the router.
- Use 5GHz for faster speeds when it's closer.

Can my camera support memory card storage?

Sure thing!
The camera supports up to a 256GB Micro SD card, but a 128GB card is usually more than enough.

How do I use the One-Touch Call feature?

This is our new active calling feature. There's a physical button right under the camera lens. When your child or elderly family member presses it, your app will get a call request—just like they're starting a video call. Accept the call, and you'll see what the camera sees. Easy as pie!

What are the functions of the two lenses of the camera?

Great question! This camera has two built-in lenses:

• Near Focus (4mm, 1/2.7"): Perfect for wide-angle views.

• Far Focus (8mm, 1/2.7"): Ideal for sharp close-ups after zooming.

It supports 2X optical zoom and 8X digital zoom, so you can get both the big picture and the details!

Can the camera's spotlight be turned off?

Absolutely!

By default, the spotlight is set to 【Intelligent Light】. Just head over to the "Faleemi Cloud" app, go to Camera Settings > Light and Night Vision, and adjust it to your liking. Easy peasy!
