How do I get my camera's MAC address?

Here are three easy ways to find the MAC address:

1. Check the Camera Label:

If it’s on the label, just jot it down.

2. Send a Photo:

If it’s not on the label, snap a clear photo of the label and send it to our tech support at support@faleemi.com. We’ll find the MAC address for you.

3. Use Your Phone's Hotspot:

•Turn on your phone’s hotspot.
•Connect the camera to the hotspot following the setup guide.
•Once the camera is online, go to the settings (look for the ">" icon next to the camera).
•You’ll see the MAC address there. Take a screenshot and then reset the camera to reconnect to your Wi-Fi.
